The Knights and Ladies of Saint Jean de Brébeuf (KLSJB) is a group of young (and not so young) people desiring to live out an authentic scouting, as defined by Baden Powell and baptised by the Venerable Fr. Jacques Sevin (s.j.) a century ago.

This scouting experience is perfectly adapted to the needs of 21st century youth: formation of character, physical development, manual skills and the sense of service.

Above all, the KLSJB meets the need for spirituality in our society.  We make ours the motto of Fr. Sevin : “a better scout because a catholic, and a better catholic because a scout”.

Modern knights

Would it be an exageration to identify the Scouting spirit to the Christian spirit? It is its flower. When this flower of knighthood has opened in the soul of a child, its fragrance remains forever.
